   Called at the shop on friday at around 11. 30am to purchase some candles. When I got to the till (only 1 open) I was amazed when I found myself number 13 in the queue! I asked the cashier "Can we have another till open please?" And she replied "I have already sent for someone" Someone eventually appeared and the queue was immediately cut in half. Unfortunately, its not the first time I have experienced unacceptable long queues in this store and I have commented on it before.

   I went in today now I'm very confused so I suppose business are as to whethever shops have to provide hand gel or not but on hm government for business section 5.3 it says steps that will e needed for gooh hygiene providing hand sanitizer at mtiple locations in 2.1 of guidance it says encouraging customers to use hand satiser as they enter premises now I'm not sure whethever this is advice to business or mandatory but I spoke to a member of staff in wilkos who said we put our supply request in in plenty of time but delivery hasn't Co. me yet she said its not us its the establishment whethever she meant wilkos head office or manfactor I don't know but I sure there's places they ca n get a 5 litre carton of gel from in the meantime wilkos ponterfra t you need to chase it up or your manager does now after Thursday whethever you are classed as an essential business I don't knoe but customers need to e kept safe till then and if you have to close it will still be there when you reopen

   It's a great little store for a quick visit and has everything from washing powder to blinds!!. Would be nice if the staff smiled a little more rather than looking like they'd prefer to be a million miles away!
