   RUDE STAFF - I have been a regular at this nail bar for a very long time but I am extremely disappointed after my recent visit, to the point I left in tears after the worst customer experience I’ve ever had!! When one of the men working at the salon asked me how the shape of my nails were, I politely told him that one of the nails had been filed too thin and asked if it could be fixed. He then stormed to the other side of the Salon to shout about me to the manager while I was sat there extremely embarrassed as I hadn’t said anything rude! To add to this, the whole time in there felt very rushed - my whole acrylic gel set was finished in 35 minutes and the quality of the nails is a lot poorer than usual because of this.

   Nice staff. I had infills acrylic/gels. I was switched between about 5 different people whilst they did my nails. They do not take card - no signs anywhere they just tell you when you come to pay.

   After using princess nails for 3 years, my recent visit was the first time I can away very disappointed. After not being able to have my nails done for months, I was extremely excited to be having a fresh set. I was accidentally cut, (accidents happen and they were very apologetic), after pointing out 3 times that my French polish was not straight, I gave up. I ended up leaving with wonky nails, fingers covered in polish (I looked like I'd been decorating) and one finger still bleeding. I can only put my bad experience down to how busy they were and the fact that they were trying to rush through everyone. I was refunded my money, however I do not feel that I am able to return (nor want to)
