   Was collecting on behalf of huddersfield timber specialist hence the 3 star ratings I gave staff in yard just ignored me so went to the office where I was delt with promptly still had to wait nearly an hour and a half though. And it wasn't that busy. Turn round needs to be quicker times money but apart from the delay you get a thumbs up. Once sorted staffvfrendly and very helpfull ( thumbs up for that )

   I am a regular customer at shire timber and i have to say that the whole package from ordering materials to collecting to delivering to site is up there with the best of them . From time to time the order maybe slightly wrong as with all suppliers but there approach to correcting it is brilliant and also the efforts made to source materials they don't normally supply is really encouraging . Thank you shire timber for excellent service for the past few years keep it up
