Told 3-5 working days, 10 days later wrong cheap knock off screen or still waiting on parts when specifically stated UK supplier only. Then wanted to charge £30 to glue a phone screen. No contact to say parts are being sourced from outside, no customer liaising, just leave phone and wait indefinitely until it's ready. I sincerely hope this review was worth the £30 for 2 drops of glue

Excellent service and customer care. I needed a swift repair on my mobile phones and the staff was very accommodating and repaired it very swiftly. They have also provided a very helpful advice in relation to my other tech items that I enquired about.
