    I have been using Huws Gray few times now and customer service has definitely gone down hill, I called to ask for delivery and I was told it be tomorrow around lunchtime. Called in morning to confirm drop off time and I was told we have never told you your delivery be with you for lunch time. I paid literally £70 more for my order compared to MKM just for faster delivery. It's not about the money its about the time and information given before placing order. The lady on phone was rude and hang up on me. My advice to others is try not to buy from Huws agray anymore as u will have to pay builders to waith all day for delivery.

    Dreadful place we have been twice now on different occasions to purchase & both times the items needed to be ordered. Took our name & details & said would ring once they had spoken to the relevant people NEVER HEARD A THING TWICE NOW !! Will never go back & will never recommend

    Just bought nearly £800 of Sandstone sunset buff from them. I was 12 short had to buy from two stores so paid two delivery charges. The stones are in really bad condition they certainly scrapped the barrel to supply these. We have not been able to use them tried ringing the Wakefield branch that supplied them but no answer and emailed too but a week later still had no response from my email. So disappointing!
