Staff were horrible. They did not give me money back for them giving us any random lead, they did not give me the requested one that fits iPad sixth gen. We tried to exchange it for another one but staff swapped in the box and blamed us for not bringing the right lead. We went home and the original lead in the box.

rip off merchant, as soon as they open your iphone one problem turn into 3 because they're incompetent to put the components back together . workers say just sell it on ebay for the next sucker. Poor business ethics

A very helpful person who replaced my screen and even managed to fix a problem with my front facing camera for no extra cost. He was friendly, quick and helpful. A very affordable and trustworthy service, I shall be using them again in all future instances.
I had a really good experience here. Smashed my Iphone 12 pro max and needed help asap. I called and spoke with a tech guy called Rana ! super helpful and fixed phone in less than 25 mins. Also gave me a cheeky lil discount. Will defo use again if i'm unlucky enough to smash my phone again. Thanks Rana
Thought my phone was damaged beyond repair, but the guy at Blue Water worked his magic & restored it perfectly . The damage was extensive & took longer than was estimated, he apologised for the time taken & even offered a discount !! Just brilliant.
I was looking for shop to fix my phone and found this shop on high street. The guy fixed my phone in less then 30 minutes which saved a lot of my time and stress. This shop knows what they are doing definitely going back for anything I need in future.
Ive now used this shop twice and he does not fail! I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!
