    visited this pub for lunch recently and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow – it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, despite the dishes being ones that typically take less than 10 minutes to prepare. It was clear the staff were doing their best under pressure, and I genuinely felt sorry for them. The real issue seemed to be a lack of staff on shift to cope with what was a busy lunch period. This left the team stretched thin and customers waiting far too long. The food itself was fine once it arrived, but the delay overshadowed the meal. Management should consider increasing staffing levels during peak times to avoid this happening again.

    We had food here today and it was really tasty. The staff were really nice. Maddie served us at the bar. She said hello as we walked in and made us feel super welcome. Really nice atmosphere, will definitely be back.

    Came in for lunch today, served by kayleigh in the bar lovely attitude and a pleasure to talk to. Maddie who brought over my food and cleared my table was fantastic, also compliments to the chef AJ my food was amazing! Will definitely be returning thank you all so much.

    Went on saturday for an evening meal around 5.30pm. Very loud lots of rowdy people and music very loud I think there was an event on, someones hen party? Nearly every table unclean, had to ask for ours to be cleaned as it was disgusting and every table was like that ive supplied pictures that i dont think they even care for cleaning ANY table, prices are very expensive especially the drinks nearly 4 pound each for a Pepsi come on. Waited for ages for ours drinks the food came before the drinks and we where gasping. Food was bland. Nobody came to see if everything was ok, not even on the way out. I get there was an event on but we are paying customers too and it seemed like they didnt care and was messing about being rowdy themselves they where all for this party then the other paying customers, completly ignored every but the rowdy woman there. Do not recommend this place at all!!

    The pub itself was nicely furnished. The staff were very welcoming and offered great service. The food was tasty and good value. My friend and I had the Curry Night deal. The toilet facilities could have been cleaner and tidier.

    We visited for Mother’s Day Brunch as a party of seven. As I was working later on in the day, the timings of this service worked perfectly so I could spend time with my own children and my Mum too. Sasha looked after us perfectly, our food was delicious and we had a really lovely visit!

    Lovely food, we all enjoyed it, including two children 10 & 4, nice outside area and somewhere for children to play, the only thing that let it down was having to remind the waitress we needed cutlery as was not separately available so sitting with meal served till she brought it out to us; she was apologetic but probably should have brought to table before the meals

    Last time we visited the food was bad, the service was slow, and our order was wrong. We thought we'd try again as people have said it had improved, and this time it couldn't be more different. Service was quick and efficient (via the website), staff were friendly, and the quality of the food was excellent. If you've been put off by past bad experiences perhaps it is worth giving them another try...

    Chelle has always been super with us when we come in for lunch from the office. She even went out of her way to get us a bottle of hot sauce from the supermarket so we could spice up our already very tasty food. Lovely related atmosphere in here, entirely down to the lovely staff. Thanks all!
