   Personally I do not know how “good” the food is BUT I do know that this pub doesn’t care or give a damn about its surrounding community! There is smashed glass all outside the pub, the car park and on the surrounding footpaths leading into the park! They should be more respectful and responsible to just check every day or so to clean up THEIR OWN pub served beer bottles!

   Great local for a quick drink with friends! Good beer garden, dog friendly, lovely staff. Even have some sheltered seating outside for the inevitable rain showers. Support your local, go for a pint or two!

   Went for a ghost hunt organised by Blackgate Paranormal & held in the Blackburne Arms, had a great night & the landlord & staff were joining in with the investigation, there were plenty of activity in there, Big thanks to the staff & landlord for allowing this to go ahead & for being really helpful & attentive 10/10
