   From the moment we walked through the doors, Tiny Steps has exceeded all of our expectations! The staff made us feel welcome, supported, and confident in the care they provide. The nurturing environment, thoughtful curriculum, and genuine love shown to the children have been outstanding. Our child has grown emotionally, socially, and intellectually during their time here. Each day is filled with engaging activities, outdoor play, and lots of learning through fun. The staff are not only professional and well-trained, but also warm, approachable, and truly invested in each child’s development. What sets this nursery apart is the level of individual attention and care. The communication with parents is excellent — we always feel informed and included. Most importantly, our child is excited to go every morning and comes home smiling and full of stories. We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful place. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and enriching start to their child’s early years.

   ​We couldn't be happier with Tiny Steps Nursery! From the moment our child started here, we've been consistently impressed by every aspect of their care. It truly feels like a second home, and knowing our little one is so happy and thriving makes leaving them each day so much easier. ​The outdoor facilities are simply incredible. They offer such a fantastic range of activities and opportunities for the children to explore, learn, and play in the fresh air, no matter the weather. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into creating an engaging and stimulating environment. ​Beyond the facilities, it's the dedicated and caring staff that truly make Tiny Steps Nursery exceptional. They go above and beyond to cater to each child's individual needs, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere. Their passion for early years education shines through in everything they do.    My daughter attended Tiny Steps day nursery from 2016-2018 and my son from 2023-2025. Staff are always helpful, supportive and friendly. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my children with just anyone but both my children were so happy to see staff each morning which says a lot. The play areas are always updated and rooms have ample space for continuous provision/climbing frames.

   This place has been horrible for my lill girl. She was very excited to join the nursery but few weeks into it, she lost all her interest and became very anxious, traumatised and tearful about going to nursery. When asking she would say they hit me .. When we enquired about this..staff didn't know anything about this. But my daughter lost all her interest, tearful and wouldn't go to school at all. We as parents were at shock. We send email after email but there was no response and they took their time. Staff were not very helpful and welcoming. You won't get any reports in detail of how child spends their day. I regret sending her based on Google reviews. Thankfully we got a place in another nursery and she was settled within less than a week and lovess going to her nursery. And she learns so much wch leaves me more insight into how poor it was for her this nursery. Also don't be mislead by the outstanding ofsted rating. They are not interested in kids but more business oriented.. sad and shocking.

   My daughter started in the baby room 8 months ago, all the staff were lovely and always so attentive to my girl’s needs. She is now transitioning to the toddler room and the staff have been so helpful with this. I couldn’t have looked for a better nursery for my daughter, this has been so convenient for me and the staff are always so considerate when informing me of her day to day. Definitely would recommend.

   My biggest regret is I did not find Tiny Steps when I had my first child. Tiny Steps is not just nursery/childcare facility, it's a family. In my 8 years and three children of knowing Tiny Steps, I have not one negative comment which says it all. The staff are friendly, kind, caring, professional and much more. I cannot find the words to describe Ann, she is truly a wonderful and inspirational lady who runs an amazing childcare facility. The staff are amazing. They truly love the children. My daughter began nursery some years ago with severe eczema an allergy to dust, they were amazing with her. My youngest starting during COVID and I was not allowed in the building, my child was happy to go in with them which says it all. I will forever be grateful for my kids and myself to Ann, Anne-Marie, Kane, Jamie, Sharan, Courtney, Sam, Lauren and all the staff I met in 8 years of my life with Tiny Teps.

   I have to say I feel so happy to drop my little Shiva off at Tiny Steps. As a parent I find it so difficult to leave my little one with anyone but Tiny steps have given me so much confidence and support with Shiva. He is progressing so well in the short time he has been attending and the whole staff team have been amazing! So friendly, detailed reports and feedback. I was also pleased to see how they have integrated learning with creativity which seems to be tailored to each child rather than I size fits all approach. I can’t recommend Tiny Steps enough!!!

   I am a current employee of tiny steps nursery and can say with confidence that this nursery is absolutely outstanding !! Management go above and beyond for there staff, children and even parents who come to the nursery. I started as an apprentice and my knowledge and confidence has grown very very quickly thanks to the support of my manager, I never thought I’d get as far as I have done when I started the job but I am thriving and I couldn’t of done that without a fantastic team.

She goes above and beyond to provide the best for all of our children and staff! When I first started at Tiny Steps I lacked a lot of confidence and didn’t believe in myself, thank you to my amazing team for helping me thrive! I now feel like a valued member of the team! The staff are always up to date with knowledge and training from Anne to provide the best care and learning for our children!
