   I have been using top nails for a long time and they are always amazing, today I took my daughter to have her nails done for the first time and they couldn't have been better with her, she's so happy with them and they treated her extremely kindly and with patience. All of the staff are very friendly and they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Will always come back here as they are consistently great Thank you so much

   I’m not sure if I’m just not one of their preferred customers or if they treat everyone the same way, but my experience at this salon has been disappointing. Their Instagram showcases stunning nail designs, but unfortunately, the actual results on my nails have been far from impressive. First of all, multiple technicians work on a single customer’s nails, which I believe negatively impacts the overall quality. They accept walk-ins without appointments, leading to an overcrowded and rushed environment. As a result, the attention to detail and overall outcome suffer. The quality of their products is extremely poor—they use low-grade, bulk Chinese materials. The top coat they apply is terrible; it turns matte and fades within a few days. For my Christmas nails, they used a top coat that started peeling off after just one day! More importantly, the gel/acrylic does not adhere well to the nails. Over time, it lifts, creating a gap between the product and my natural nail. This space collects dirt and moisture, which can lead to infections, including fungal growth or other nail diseases. You can clearly see this issue when getting infills—once they remove the color, the poor condition of the nail underneath becomes obvious. Hygiene is another major concern. They do not sanitize their tools properly. After working on 5-6 customers, they might clean some of the tools, but overall, their standards are unacceptable. Their focus seems to be on quantity over quality—getting as many customers in and out as possible without ensuring proper hygiene, detailed finishing, or customer satisfaction. Lastly, they apply gel/acrylic excessively thick. As my nails grow out, there’s a noticeable, bulky edge where the artificial product meets my natural nail. It looks uneven and feels uncomfortable. Overall, my experience here has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail care and proper hygiene.

   Use regularly / they go above and beyond work all the hours god sends, work miracles - I think people need to look at their reviews and get a life, take for granted you can show these guys a random pic of what you want and they just do it no questions asked. They shouldn’t have to deal with pathetic mardy retail customers but they do daily with a smile on their faces. Thank you guys for allowing walk ins and always providing lovely nails xxx

   I was a walk in customer, showed them a photo - no problem! Where you see the white design they used a sticker, so it was very bumpy and raised as opposed to painted nail art!, Wasn't until I got home you could see the backing of the sticker on my nail - and they hadn't top coated my nail.fully.so the bits which were showing had collected fibres off my jacket and wouldn't come off. Over the week bits of the sticker kept peeling off. So not happy!
