    Booked in to get my toes done & I was given an appointment however, the appointment though seen on time, was rushed. I was not asked what base colour I would like. I was charged extra to remove a little polish left over on my big toe. Another customer was there at the time and it seemed as if they were being prioritised over me although again.. I had made an appointment. The paint was a streaky and needed 1 or 2 extra coats however when I asked to add the coat, was told this wouldn’t be possible as the white French tip had already been added? It would have been easy to just wipe off and redo however.. again other customers it seems are more valuable than others. I wouldn’t have liked to make a scene to insist that my nails be done properly however, to spend hard earned money on a service the least you’d expect would be the decency to pay attention to the customer and just ask what they would like and how they would like the thing that they are paying for. I will unfortunately have to attend a different nail shop in future.

    I haven't left bad feedback in the past because I've tried to sort it out myself. The owner is rude. If she disagrees with someone 3 people down she will talk over 3 people. When she asks if everything alright what she actually seems to mean is "do you want me to explain why you should be happy" changeing nail salons isn't as easy as hairdressers. I wish I'd never gone in. It's perhaps nominally cheaper but your put on a production line litteraly, apprentice removes your varnish, tec takes over, you might be passed onto another tec depending how busy it is, then back to the apprentice for varnish. I don't think any of them are fluent in English, the apprentice speaks very little. Explaining things is difficult, even if you are listened to so if you want a chat this isn't the place. I'll certainly be going up the road to Gemmas place for something special for Xmas. Having said that, the man that works there is really talented. It's a shame I couldn't have him as my nail tec. I think he's capable of doing fantastic work. It's a shame asking for him clearly caused so much offence.

    great nail shop. clean and professional, offers a great range of services. they provide a fast and efficient service , with an excellent colour selection in both gel and standard nail polish.

    I can't fault this place, after having mine done at numerous nail bars, they would be off in a week, these don't they do stay on and the colours and nail art that kieu does is great. I would recommend this place as they do stay on and not having to go for a repair every week and I don't smell chemicals when I'm in the salon.
