The older woman that works there is vile. We ordered a large round of drinks in which my friends was missing. My friend asked one of the barmaids where hers was in which the old barmaid came over 5 minutes later shouting at her saying its "tough" and walked away without hearing what my friend had to say (she went to the toilet and didn't realise we all had our drinks bar her to say when they arrived). My friend suffers with very bad anxiety and the attitude she got for nothing was disgusting. The drink was paid for, it was owed to her. An hour or so after this happened a glass was accidently smashed on the table nearby. Not the full glass, just the rear where the holder is. This same barmaid told the bouncer we broke one glass, then purposely broke another. Explain how only one glass was broken? The bouncer understood us. This all being said, this was when the England match was on and won 4-0. We were a group of younger females so we was very clearly a target for the barmaid. We do not go out for trouble. Yes we understand it was very busy and the staff were probably stressed but her behaviour, It beats down to nothing but jealousy. Its not the first I have heard of her being rude to customers - younger than her. If she cant treat people with respect she shouldn't work there. Apart from her, the rest of the staff were lovely. Its a shame
