   we booked the roof top in August for our christmas party, we was then told on the week of the christmas party that we had been moved downstairs as the roof top was not now available. on arriving at the grand we then found out that a private party was being held on the roof top. so obviously this had been arranged after taking bookings in August, this is shocking customer service as quite clearly the grand had a better offer to bring in more money totally no respect for the customers who had already booked. would not recommend this place at all

   We took our grandparents for a celebratory afternoon tea, our 20 month old baby came too and the staff were excellent on all fronts. The food & drink were delicious, service great too- very friendly, personable and accommodating. They gave us an easy access table with high chair, even turned down the music for our hard-hearing grandparents. Lovely atmosphere and decor too.

   We came as a party of 3 at the weekend and the food and service was fantastic. The afternoon tea was gorgeous and our glasses were never empty. The cocktails were beautiful too. Would 100% come back! Thanks for such a lovely time.

   I recently attended one of their tribute evenings which was George Michael and we had such an amazing night dancing and enjoying the feel-good atmosphere in such smart and luxurious surroundings! The act was a fantastic tribute to George Michael, his moves and voice were so like him. All of the staff were really friendly and attentive and made us feel really special. First time I’d been there and will definitely be returning! I enjoyed a cocktail and a bottle of house white perfectly served in an ice bucket. I didn’t have any food so can’t comment but I’ve heard the charcuterie and cheese boards are really tasty. Thumbs up for The Grand for a great night out!

   Attended one of the tribute acts for children then had a drink on the rooftop terrace. Picnic boxes I thought were better last time, still very good. Staff were very accommodating, good atmosphere, good value for money. The rooftop was stunning in the sun ☀️ best pina colada I have tried!

   I have to say it is obvious that the owners pride themselves on delivering great customer service, staff very attentive and friendly. The table service is fantastic & nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The decor & atmosphere is fabulous with live music & dancing making for a great atmosphere. Drinks selection is vast, cocktails, fizz along with a great selection of beers and ales. Safe environment for customers to enjoy there occasion. Would highly recommend.

   We visited the Grand in Warrington for afternoon tea and can highly recommend it. We were impressed with the service and atmosphere was great. The Grand is mainly a cocktail bar and afternoon tea is the only food on offer but well worth a visit just for that. It’s a great venue for cocktails either before or after having a meal somewhere in town.

   Me and my girlfriend spent new years eve here and it was such a fantastic night. Friendly staff always making sure you've got a drink in hand along with brilliant and talented performers that get you dancing whether that's on the dance floor or in your seat. If you go you must have a cocktail too and don't be afraid to ask for one that isn't on the menu. We will definitely be back!
