   DO NOT USE !! This is all recordered and will be put on social media so you can see how they are compulsive liars !! Shouting at me infront of my baby and I paid £42 for them nails Disgusting behaviour infront of baby’s !!!! My sister came in the other day for a set of nails and asked for a simple design and the set I left with my 18 month old could have done a better job. It was nothing like the design I asked for Infact it’s barbaric to think they believe it’s acceptable to send a client home with nails this bad. I didn’t say anything at the time because Last time my experience wasn’t great and I said something they disagreed with me so I wrote a review and was asked to take it down my staff and made to feel small in front of other customers. Therefore I am doing it again and I will not be going there even for convenience like I did this time! Wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone, awful service especially when it cost £42 money should be refunded as I’m having to pay else we’re to sort the mess made on her nails I then went in after a week of mt nails falling off and told her I had aniexty and to not make me feel uncomfortable she starts to shout at me infeont of my baby !shop wants closing down as the lack in professional and can’t even give nails to quality !! Disgusting you want to take fault for ur behaviours u are the problems not ur costumers !!!

   Had my nails done this evening, was almost the last customer and it was much later than advertised closing time but at no point did I feel like they were rushing. My nails look really beautiful, exactly what I asked for, very professional, polite friendly, really helpful with the advice given. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this nail salon thank you have a lovely Christmas

   when i got my nails done the nail tech i had was extremely rude and hurt my nails incredibly. when i asked him to be more gentle he simply just looked at me and carried on. appalling behaviour. he then jumped and acted suprised when i flinched and said "ow". i am a young woman, 17 writing this so i hope i can be a stronger voice to the other women complaining here. i was so angry, he didnt seem to understand me which, why come to a country if you cant speak the language? then towards the end of doing my nails he was saying something to me in his language which was just plain idiotic. i saw the owners response to another lady's critique and the manipulative guilttripping is sad. if you were so poverty stricken, why can i see nice clothes and bags that you all wear? not to mention the north face tops. on top of that, they use MMA powder/monomer which they have been confronted about before in the review section here and avoided the question. MMA used to be used in dental practice, it is a highly poisonous acrylic/chemical that can risk cancer, finger loss, nail loss, burning, etc. you shouldn't run a nail salon if you're going to put hundreds of peoples health and well being at risk. oh now that i think about it, youre so poor you cant afford a roof or bread i saw you say. so why is it you own a nail salon? funny logic.

   Had the acrylic nails taken off and have been left with weak nails. Within the hour my nails were breaking up. It could be the way my nails are or it could be overuse of the nail removing sander. I believe the latter I am now, on the 15th November still suffering with my nails. They're so weak that I'm having to keep them totally short, I don't think that I will ever have acrylic nails again. So much for vanity.
