   My daughter has been at Kids Start for almost 2 years now and she has loved every second. The management are approachable and personable especially Jodie and Natalie. Regular updates are given on their online platform, and my daughter has thrived while being here. The food that the chef cooks is delicious and the kids get unlimited outdoor time which was initially what attracted me to the nursery.

   My little boy started Kidsstart over a year ago, from the very start we found Kidsstart to be such a lovely, welcoming place! My boy has some developmental difficulties, and the staff are just amazing with him. They go above and beyond in supporting him (and our family) and he is so excited every morning for nursery! Thank you so much to all the lovely staff, you deserve all the praise and accolades the nursery receives!

   My son has recently joined the nursery and I cannot believe how quickly he has settled in! The whole process was absolutely amazing, Jodie and Debbie came to my house to meet with my son and to get to know us as parents too. They showed a genuine interest in our little boy and asked all the right questions to make sure they could help him settle into nursery and feel happy there. Following that he did various settling sessions in the nursery and I was kept completely up to date with photos via the app. All of the staff at Kids Start have a positive attitude and make the children feel excited about spending the day with them. I have seen a huge difference in my son since he started, and it’s lovely to hear when his key worker notices the things that my son really enjoys without me having to inform her. I am so glad we chose Kids Start and highly recommend them.

   Kids Start is a fantastic, well run nursery and fully deserves its ‘Ofsted Outstanding’ rating. My 3 year old son has been attending since he was 12 months old and my daughter is due to start in the next few months. We love how each room has its own dedicated outdoor space and how the children play and explore outside every day regardless of the weather. The menu changes every week and is varied and nutritious - my son is a much more adventurous eater at nursery than he is at home! The staff have all been excellent - they are so caring and communicative, my son adores them. We have been so impressed with the range of different activities on offer to him each day and his development is thriving as a result. The nursery was recommended to us by friends and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

   Since our child has started at Kids Start we have been really happy with the standard of care and all of the activities she gets up to. The team always communicate what has happened in the day and how my daughter has got on in terms of meal times, sleeping and playing. I love how much time the kids spend outside, in all conditions and in appropriate clothes. The nursery and staff have all contributed to her development and it's amazing to see how much she has changed in the last 12 months since being there. My daughter has lots of friends and talks about them when I show her pictures. You can see why the nursery has been awarded outstanding in Ofsted. I would highly recommend the setting.

   I cannot praise the staff at this nursery enough! From the very first day my child attended, both he and I were welcomed warmly and made to feel valued, respected and slavishly. They provide freshly made and nutritious meals on site and give yehlay updates about my child which is extremely reassuring. I have always been met with support whenever I have had any issues iv needed to discuss with staff and really do feel supported as a parent but the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering nurseries. My son loves the time he spends there and learns so much through play. Thank you to all the staff members for being such an excellent team and creating such a lovely environment for my child.

   The nursery is run by 2 professional people with many, many years experience of working for the Council. They have a firm commitment to making sure that the rules and regulations of child safety and well being are adhered to. There was a previous review, we noticed, that had details for Claire McArthur, who for some reason included a phone number, which funnily enough was not hers, but that of an elderly couple who are in no way related or know of Claire Mcarthur. Do not always believe what you read. Go and look at the nursery for yourselves, and make your mind up from there. There are too many trolls around.
