   Daughter went for her nails done to be sat waiting hours then not only that they said 32 on phone for design she wanted when she got there it was 45 and when done they are not very good some face upwards away from her fingers and not only that they messed design up on 2 fingers so she won't be returning here and not only that she said the service was horrible and was rushed at end to finish her nails ...

   When we arrived at star nails we looked at the pricing board and it’s said £25 so we decided to go in. When we walked in there was only one member of staff so we waited but we ended up waiting for half an hour before he ends up calling for one other person to come. The lady took forever to arrive so we decided we was going to leave and go somewhere else and the guy insisted we stay. We stayed. The lady finally came but our service was not very good. We were sat in the chair waiting for 3 and a half ours because they started on my nails. Then they moved on to someone else and bringing more people in and not finishing the job they both started. Very disappointing as a new customer! My nails were not like the inspo photo at all and they didn’t add any gems like the photo either and still charged me double. Even though I waited for 3 and a half hours. Which was a struggle on my autistic brain.

   Excellent service, I damaged one of my nails quite badly and it was gently repaired and replaced. All the time checking to make sure I was comfortable. New nails are stunning . Would highly recommend

   What I asked for my nails like vs what I got was sooo different, when I explained to them that it wasn’t the same colours as the picture they pretended they couldn’t understand me, so I left really unhappy with them, and paid £35 even though the sign says £25!! When I returned the next day (having spend the night upset with my Christmas nails) I explain that all I wanted them to do to make it right was paint over them in plain Red paint, they then told me it would be £20 just to re-paint !! Which would have took 5 minutes of their time ! I’ve been going here for years but never again … AVOID!!

   Tutted at me for taking a while to pick a colour, charged £5 more than the sign says and pretended they couldn’t understand me when I mentioned the sign. Hurt my nails. Poor finish to the underside of my nails and quite rude to their customers.

   Seened to have took 3 people to do one set of nails, hurt me a few times with sanding tool, more times than I could count. Don't listen very well either. I wanted natural nails... Got no bloody white tips.... Ain't that natural? Lol

   I would give it 0 starts if that was an option I went for acrylic removal on fingers and toes, she literally ripped my acrylics off my fingers by sliding a plastic tip between my natural nail and the acrylic forcing the acrylic off my natural nail (the nails wasn’t even lifting) if I wanted to ruin my nails I would have just pulled them off my fingers my self, she then just straight up used an electric file on my natural nails with a hard metal bit, she then moved into my toes which she straight up just filed the acrylic off causing a lot of heat. Not one drop of acetone was used for this removal, not including she made my cuticles bleed by the e file, my nails are so sore 100% do not recommend.
