Extremely disappointed with the management and lack of honesty. I’m very disappointed with the nursery’s management and honesty. Important information about my child’s wellbeing and how unsettled he was was kept from me for months, even though I was told everything was fine. When I raised concerns, the manager became defensive and later gave misleading information that unfairly portrayed me. The lack of transparency and professionalism has completely broken my trust. Parents should be cautious and keep clear records when dealing with this nursery.
