   I visited this salon today. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed – everyone was smiling and polite. I was a bit nervous since it was my first visit here, but the atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable. I would describe this salon as really good and affordable – I only paid £32 for these nails. I am very happy with the result and absolutely love my new nails!

   Had my nails done here last week and they were terribly done, clearly asked for gel infills twice, however the guy proceeded to take all gel off my nails and tried to do acrylic instead, he ended up swapping with another guy who had no clue how to apply gel, he applied no primer beforehand therefore the gel is now peeling horribly from the bottom and sides, asked for almonds but the shape is awful! not even painted on the sides.

   I've never had my nails professionally done before but decided to give it a go. i found a photo on the Internet of some nails I liked and showed the staff they where very kind and did an amazing job! The finished nails looked exactly like the photo I showed and the nail tech did an amazing job free handing the designs even though I have terrible shakes the price was extremely affordable i highly recommended giving this place a go

   i have been going to angel nails for almost a year now and today was my final visit. i’ve noticed they are rude but simply brush it off because the location is so convenient for me. today i showed a picture of a metallic silver design which jenny did initially begin and i was happy, she suddenly wiped off the polish and started painting my nails using glitter. i waited a few minutes trying to trust the process before politely mentioning that the picture is metallic not glittery, to which she responded rudely and abruptly stating “we don’t have that colour”. i explained that the colour initially being used was perfect, she explained that it wasn’t going to work and asked if my nails were ok, i said that i didn’t really want glittery nails and she was visibly and obviously annoyed at this point, and after a few moments without any response i very politely said that i’ll just have black nails instead. she gasped dramatically while looking over at her colleagues and started speaking to them aggressively ranting while they all looked at me in disgust, i reassured her that i did not mean anything by it, that she told me she doesn’t have the colour i wanted so i offered an alternative. she didn’t respond. she was making me feel so uncomfortable that honestly i just wanted to get out of there which is why i made a suggestion. the staff are rude, uninterested (often on their phones not paying attention), very rough and rarely get the shape i ask for right.

   The service was disgusting they wasn’t interested in taking the correct amount of time to soak my nails of as I wasn’t getting them re - done , they filed my nails twice and didn’t let the acetone soak the acrylic off correctly I still have layers of acrylic on my nails, they don’t engage in conversation at all and speak their own language while they are attending to you it’s so ignorant and arrogant. Don’t use them I don’t recommend them one bit.!!

   I came all the way from work on my break just to get my birthday nails done, I didn’t even get greeted, the staff didn’t even engage in a conversation throughout getting my nails done only until I got asked what colour I wanted, also the male working there was rather aggressive, I showed a picture just to get told it’s expensive like how do you know what I find expensive but still trying to charge me over £10 per nail for glitter frosting I was fuming I stuck to glitter tips and she refuses to show me the kind of glitters she had or was to use instead picked one out, I’m fuming I have to take a day off tomorrow and find another salon to get them re done. 3 members of staff and a shop full of 8 people with only one lady who can paint and do nail art and only one guy who can do acrylics it’s a complete joke.

   This is My first and last time I won’t be going to angel nails ever again the staffs attitude it’s extremely rude, I wanted to have french nails in almond shape and they decided to do square shape which I don’t like. So then I left it because the staff didn’t understand what I was saying so then the lady has then put white French tip proper big on my nails when I wanted it small. Guys I definitely recommend you not to go to angel nails.

   This was my first time and will be my last time. The staff there was super rude, maybe it’s the language barrier but they should at least know basic English. On their price board it clearly says simple acrylics with white tips is £25 but they charged me £35 for something so simple! You’re better off going to a cheaper place if you want to get a simple manicure. Either that or they update their damn price list on that board instead of giving customers the wrong impression. Never again!
