My daughter absolutely loved her time at kids ds planet. Honestly the transition was made so much easier by the amazing staff, especially Athena. My daughter has now been at school for year ans still talks about Athena most days. Easily one of the best parenting choices we have ever made x
Our experience was terrible.Our daughter was only 6 months old when she was in this place.It was last day when we went to pick her up and that time we knew we did hear our daughter crying dramatically like someone was hurting her.When I force in to take my child I walked in the changing area and the woman was changing her nappy.I felt like my child being forced that’s why the dramatic cry!I took my daughter and never gone back to that place! Wouldn’t recommend to any parent to experience that and always remember that you don’t know what’s happening when you close that door and go living your baby behind.Few weeks after we ended up in hospital with the lack of oxygen in our daughter body, again we don’t know if this was the trauma of this place and being hurt at that time.Also having the huge dirty air conditioner in the room with such a young babies didn’t give me good impression.As a parent with this type of experience I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Incredible nursery! beautiful, modern, spotless. Amazing garden, fab activities, great food and the staff just go above and beyond in every way. . My daughter started in babies, has gone through tots, is currently in toddlers and soon makes her move to pre-school, I'll be gutted when she leaves! Couldn't recommend them enough
Really pleased we choose Kids Planet for our daughter. The photos we get through the day are much appreciated and she comes home with new words or songs regularly. They have also been supportive of us using reusable nappies and I know that not all nurseries are.
My son was here 8months, I’m happy with their baby room which is for babies under 15 mon, lovely room leader. After transferring room, things changed. I feel the staffs in tots room just standing there watch. Each time I go pick up my son, I see babies crying and no one go check or try to comfort them. There are just too many babies there and they don’t take good care of them. I’m very disappointed. And my son always got sick there like each month he had to stay home several days bcz of sickness.
