   Let me start by saying that I know (knew) next-to-nothing about locks. What I did know is that mine was broken and that I needed two new ones which would past muster for insurance purposes, as well as 'keeping the house secure' purposes. We had brilliant advice and excellent service and when I encountered a problem absolutely not of MB Lock Supplies making, Mick, who clearly does know a thing or three about all things lock-related, could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem for me - in fact I'd say he went above and beyond despite the shop being very busy. Should I ever need a new lock or keys etc again, MB Lock Supplies on Burley Road LS3 will be top of my list. Thanks for all the common-sense and for not making me feel stupid! I really appreciate the time and patience.

   DO NOT ORDER! Money was taken and a date for delivery was advised, 5 days have passed and a continuous response of you will receive tomorrow by 9am. An excuse Everytime when chasing for my order. Premium products, paid a premium price but received terrible service.
