   Do not use, Rang this company the guy on the phone was very helpful asked me to email a picture of the product I needed, agreed a price including vat Got there the guy on the sales counter straight away had this attitude problem It was a window gearbox, it didn’t open and close smoothly so I asked if he could swap it he aggressively said there’s nothing wrong with it , which took me back, I then asked him for the price which was £5 more than I was quoted, he then went on to say you won’t get this any cheaper anywhere else , the customer service is just awful and rude, With that I said I’ll leave it pal, The guy in the office who I spoke to on the phone then came out, he must have heard what was going on, he agreed the price I was quoted and changed the part for another, thank you to him, but because of the other guy been so rude, I will not use this shop again, I found another shop near Bradford interchange opposite the police station Friendly service cheaper prices

   Asians and brown/black people BEWARE!!!!! Spent over £170 on UPVC accessories on 27th June. The day after my white friend phoned for prices for the exact same products with a single quantity order,He was quoted over £60 less!!!! With no questions asked. When questioned in store about the anomaly,the young lad and his substantialy more ignorant managers attitude was “it is what it is”. The only difference between the two customers is that one was Asian with a higher price and the white customers gets a much more lower price. 5 STARS FOR RACISM…ZERO STAR for fair customer service and value regardless of colour,creed or origin.
