I brought two items for repairs, one was fixed almost immediately with a suggestion and the second, which I knew was a long shot, but couldn’t understandably be fixed. Even though it wasn’t I’m still very happy with the services.
Very bad customer service, he has zero Respect to the customer, you will find out this, when you call him after you see an issue on his TVs, he gonna start blaming you for no reason… he thinks he is on the right side always. And all other people are liar. BE CAREFUL DON’T RISK YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
I bought a TV, described as open but never used, I drove 3hrs to collect the TV and back home, the very next day TV started turning off by itself after 30/40mins, I realised the TV has been faulty and repaired. When I contacted the seller he was very rude and judgmental, I return the TV he didn’t even say sorry for wasting my time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Avoid. Absolute con! We recently gave in our Samsung LED TV as it kept switching on/off. It wouldn’t stay on for longer than 3 seconds. The gentleman initially was very nice and took in the Tv for repair. He diagnosed the fault and told us it was fixed. They charged us £75 and returned the Tv back within 2 weeks. We received a written and stamped guarantee for 90 days on parts and labour. The Tv worked for no more than 3 weeks (only used 2-3 times during that period). Then same issue happened again. So we took the TV back to the shop (under guarantee) and dropped it off. More than a week went by and no news. We tried calling but the calls were never answered. So we went to the store (after 10 days) and were told sorry nothing we can do - “my dads gone to India and I am not interested in dealing with this”… he then went on to say - “best for you to go to a flea market and buy a motherboard or another Tv with a cracked screen and we’ll look to replace the parts for”. We tried to highlight the 90 days guarantee given to us and the £75 we paid… - guy was not interested and gave us the Tv back and said leave as he was closing the shop!! No refund - what’s the point of the guarantee? Very disappointed with the service. Will report to trading standards. Sorry to leave this negative review - but people please be cautious. They have been around for a long time - but looks like the attitude is no changing.
Best place to go if you’re needing your phone fixed!! They saved my iPhone camera in like half an hour, for such a good price and were so lovely! Mel is a boss lady (and Barry is pretty great too). Definitely recommend would trust them with anything

Absolute shocking service. I would give them negative rating if I could. Collected my TV for repair which they diagnosed as a faulty power unit, they returned it with a cracked screen. Told them to take it back until it was repaired by the damage occurred by them. Refused to leave my house without signing the delivery note. Now battling the warranty company to sort them out. I feel like I've been mugged. Worst yet, they posted a power brock the following week. Absolutely fuming. You need to have accountability.
Good people and service. Clement was really helpful in taking delivery of my tv and dropping it off. Repair was done well. Unfortunately the new screen that samsung sent them still has light bleed issues, but is slightly better than before. Not Fix a Gadgets fault. Only slight negative, is that it's clear on the back of the tv, where the housing was prised off to replace the screen.
