   Purchased a large order of showerwall paneling and Pendle toilet cubicles for one of our recent commercial projects. Order arrived well packaged on pallets with all fixings included. Unfortunately some of the showerwall panels was damaged by the courier but a quick call to Plumbware and the damaged items was replaced with NO hassle. Would highly recommend.    I purchased Pendle toilet cubicles and back to wall toilets. After chasing the order on a few occasions (as no one replies) a delivery date was given. When the items arrived the panels were not boxed, despite their website saying boxed cubicles, and incomplete.(No trims or fixings..or instructions. After several more phone calls I was told that the couriers hadn't picked them up. Delivery of the missing items was arranged for a early AM delivery on the following Monday to the School where they were being fitted. They arrived 5pm to my home (invoice) address.....incomplete..... so without some of the fittings, fixings and instructions, the panels have been fixed without concealed fixings...not the best looking. The School are pleased that the cubicles will be ready on the date I promised but less pleasedwith the product which probably means I will have to look elsewhere when they continue with their refurbishment program.
