I visit Heaven every 2/3 weeks and always leave happy. They are super friendly and my nails always last the whole time.
Good first visit, every time since it has got worse and worse. Sadly I would recommend you avoid Heaven Nails after I’ve discovered they are inconsistent after 5 visits.
First time at this salon as not from Sheffield but attend uni and it is close by, me and my friend both love our nails the student discount is a great addition, really happy, and friendly staff thanks a lot :) x
I've been doing my nails a few times there. The first time I went, I asked if I could pay with card, I was informed that the machine was broken but I could do it with a bank transfer. In the next few times I always took the value in cash to have no problem, but I saw people paying with card. yesterday, once again when doing my nails, I thought I had the correct amount for the service, but I was wrong and I was missing £5. a customer paid by card, so I asked if I could also pay by card and again the woman lied and said the machine was not working. I insisted and said that I saw someone paying by card few minutes before me! I had to leave the place and look for an atm machine and had to leave a document with the woman as a guarantee that I wouldn't leave and wouldn't pay £5! (humiliating). maybe don't make a difference, but they lost a client.
Quickest hair cut I've ever had, so much so it didn't feel much different to before I had it done! As it's only a small building, the high glue smell from the nail salon (less than a metre away from where you have your haircut) is overpowering. Wouldn't recommend taking young children in. Also, when I had my hair cut elsewhere recently, it was confirmed that my hair had been left uneven and different lengths at one side.
