   My son attends The Bungalow for before and after-school wrap-around care, and occasionally for holiday club. The staff are truly amazing at what they do. They have built wonderful bonds with both myself and most importantly Caleb. They always go the extra mile when planning activities and creating a warm, exciting space for the children. Deciding to send Caleb to The Bungalow instead of a general school-based club has been the best decision I’ve made. Knowing that he is truly loved, valued, and cared for gives me complete peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, enthusiasm, and dedication the team at The Bungalow consistently show. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child.

   Fantastic nursery and staff are brilliant. Our girl has come on leaps and bounds and her confidence has really grown. The activities and trips out the team do with the children are fantastic. Can’t wait for my youngest to start with them in the new year :)

   I attended this nursery as I was viewing childcare in the area. I was very shocked at the condition of the nursery. There was a very pungent smell which I could not stand. The lady that shown me around was very nice but I could not overlook how dirty it was. This review is not to put down in anyway what you do but I feel it could do with a good clean hence why I have not sent my child here. Garden looked tired, and baby room looked dark and dingy, also needs a good clean. Overall, it's not a place I would put my child in due the the condition of the place.

   My son went to this nursery for just under 3.5 years. He loved every moment. The staff are all very friendly, caring and attentive. They have helped him progress and to grow into who is, we couldn't have asked for anything more!

   My son went here for 2 weeks and although the manager is really nice and couple of the other staff are ok I felt my son wasn’t really in the best hands his nappy wasn’t changed 2 days in a row even tho I provided a jumbo pack of nappies he was given tuna even tho he’s vegetarian we took him out of the nursery on a wed on the Friday a little boy managed to get out of the property and wasn’t noticed by staff lucky a passerby spotted him wouldn’t recommend

   My son started at this nursery at the beginning of the month he has only been there 2 weeks and already 2 incidents have happened! The first one my son choked on a piece of bark but they got it out straight away and told me straight away I signed the incident form for that because stuff like that happens and children put things in their mouths.. On Friday the 16th of September my son was playing out with the other children and I believe there was 4-5 members of staff outside with the children.My son somehow escaped the Nursary and ran to the main road outside the nursery and crossed over my son is 2! The nursery then rang me an hour later to tell me my son was found my a member of the public in the ginnel they lied to me and tried to cover themselves up. This happened at 15:30pm and I was informed at 16:34pm!

   My daughter goes 2 days a week and she has come on so much since starting at the bungalow 8 months ago. The staff are lovely, especially her key worker, Emma. They upload photos and updates to their app each day so you know what your child is up to - often they don't update it fully so that could be improved on but we ask lots of questions when we pick her up anyway. They do lots of fun learning activities and outdoor play, and it's like a home from home setting which makes the children feel at home. My 19 month old daughter is normally very attached to me and doesn't go to many people, but she gets excited when we get to the front door and walks straight in without looking back, if that's not a sign of a good nursery then I don't know what is!

   My Little girl has recently started going to this nursery. Cant fault them at all - Emma her key person is fab with her and so kind and gentle, really made me feel better knowing my little girl found comfort in Emma really quickly. The manager Lucy has always been really helpful and lovely. All other staff I have seen have been approachable and welcoming. My little girl is learning lots and does tons of messy play which she loves just nice for her to be somewhere having fun. Outdoor space is fab and used lots!
