   The battery in my mobile phoned developed a problem on New Years Eve and it was important to have a working mobile phone over the holiday period. I phoned at 9am and they booked me in that day for a visit to analyse the problem. I went in and the guy was really helpful told me that the battery appears okay, but to be sure the choice was mine which was very fair, I decided to have a new battery and he changed the battery within my sight and could not have been more helpful and friendly. Yes I would say a excellent and fair service.

   Very pleased with my experience overall. GG replaced a battery and charging port on an older Huawei phone for me same-day and it's like new. There was a bit of flex between the quoted price and the final bill, but this was explained to me beforehand. It only isn't 5* as I found the accessories being sold very pricey.

   Went in to have my iPhone screen replaced, did it there and then within 20 minutes and even stayed open late to do it. Unfortunately the screen was faulty, but when I went back in they replaced it with no fuss or extra charge and were very apologetic. Would be 5 stars if weren’t for first screen.

   Been using these guys for a number of years as I'm only round the corner. Never had a problem until now. Had complete new backing on iPhone just before lockdown and now phone has gone completely black. It rings and i get message alerts but just cont see anything. Sure they will fix as will drop in this morning .
