   I had a really bad experience today at Sheffield Nails. The lady there was extremely rude, both with me and my friend. The gel nail removal was done very roughly – no shaping, no cuticle care, and the polish wasn’t even properly removed. Before starting, we were told it would be £10, but after finishing, they shouted at us saying it’s £13. Even when we gave £15, they didn’t return the change and just threw the money in the drawer. Even also that lady said don’t come back. If you settle your business you can’t talk like this to your customers, I mean never. Giving 1 star coz no option to give 0.1 star. Very unprofessional and unpleasant service. Never going back again.

   I went for the second time- where the lady said me different price for removal of gel nails and the guy told me otherwise. I politely asked you said me £10 for removal and the lady shouted at me and my friend saying we were loud, we don’t understand and also misbehaving told to not come back. I said it can be a misunderstanding and nothing goes wrong in £3 extra but can be told politely. But the guy shouted as well. And i gave the guy £15 but guy ddnt even return me change and shouted you never gave me £15/- Very very rude of both of them and also he literally threw money. Never had this experience in sheffield and never returning forsure.

   Have had my nails done twice here, both times they have used the electric nail drill on my natural nails which they do not switch between clients, if used poorly this can cause serious infections. My first time there my nails were done by a lady who was very polite. However, the second time they were done by a male who was grabbing and pulling my hands into the correct position to the point where I wanted to leave as his aggressive pulling and tugging was making me upset, he also was very rude and did not apologise once for this. Only reason it’s 3 stars and not 1 is because my nails turned out to my liking at the end of the appointment, despite the treatment from the staff.

   Very bad experience. ruined the nails and the lady was rushing as if she is running to catch a train. No professionalism at all. Paint is all over my hand and edges are prickly. Won’t recommend anyone to use their service.

   I thought I would take a chance with this place and I really wish I hadn’t. As a walk in I was happy to wait. The salon seemed busy and well stocked. I had an acrylic overlay done. It is so thick and uneven. My cuticles are flooded and in some place won’t stop bleeding because of the the constant use of the deremal tool. My nails have been cut really short due to the nail tech not taking the time to confirm what I wanted in his rush to do my nails. The hygiene practice are shocking I don’t think a single tool is cleaned between use and he constantly used his nail instead of a cuticle stick, even when I asked him to stop. Complete waste of money even though I was given a discount for the inconvenience.

   The worst worst worst staff ever, they will shout at you, I got shouted at repeatedly just for telling her what I wanted for my nails. I stayed calm and respectful, however, the woman just kept yelling at me even when I was just quiet not saying anything, she kept telling me off and shouting at me the entire time, and at the end she still messed up my nails beyond fixation. the rudest people ever, stay away from this place.

   Not only were they rushed, the woman used the electric file that much at my cuticle she went through my actual nail bed and gave me £2 off, they are so uneven, different lengths and shapes and are dull. I’m absolutely mortified that I’m left with these at Christmas
