Called for lunch on Saturday. We were greeted warmly and seated in a quiet area as we had children with us. The service that we received from there on Friday n was given by Natalie and was exemplary. From ordering to bringing the food the service was given politely and quickly. Couldn't fault it. We had a lovely time.

It was my first visit here today with my older daughter and her friend. The staff was friendly on arrival. When I ordered at the till I was asked of any allergies first which was amazing as I do have a younger daughter with allergies but she wasn’t with us tonight. The food arrived piping hot and fresh, the hunters chicken wasn’t dry at all and the cheese was lovely too. The manager introduced her self to us, I think her name was Jane, she was very polite and lovely and interacted with our children too but wasn’t interfering, I’m looking forward to visiting again with the rest of my family

Love it here. The staff are so friendly. Great service. Great food... Always busy so booking is a good idea but you don't have to book but I would if festive time or special time of year. Food is lovely and lots of it.. loads of choice... Staff have always been so helpful and cant praise them enough. Loads of space to park. Petrol station near by as well and easy access to main roads to towns.. love this place great value for money

Came here on our way home in order to give our child some food and grab a snack for ourselves. £3.50 for a glass of pop, let that sink in. It's only £3.75 for a beer! Glass of water with blackcurrant cordial was £2.50! The soft drink prices are disgusting. As for the food, we ordered a child's chicken dippers with mini waffles, the waffles were soft and greasy. We had no mains, just 3 starters, the total bill was £38! Mozzarella dough balls were flavourless and swimming in grease. The loaded fries were bland, the fries tasted like warm-ups. The Onion rings were very small and again, bland. The Brie dippers were OK to be honest, best thing we had. The Staff were fine, the young girls in there were polite, but the chap on the door station insisted on taking our order rather than us using the table service app, unfortunately he just ended up giving us an attitude of wishing he hadn't, honestly felt like he couldn't be bothered. We tried being courteous with him but it wasn't reciprocated.

It was a pretty poor Visit from start to finish. Wheather it was Stock availavility or staff Members walking out the kitchen eating ( As you can see from the picture the clear view I had )or even down to our table not been wiped down from past guest's so much so that some of their meal was still on the table... ( 1st Picture ) Not good certainly wont return

We were greeted and seated quickly. We had a discount code from an email we'd received so we got an even better deal than the 2 for 1 mains. Staff were very helpful and friendly
