    I wouldn't even rate the service as 1 star! It has taken well over 1 year to get a childcare registration (still waiting btw). Several expensive DBS's later as they appear to go missing and then not valid!, it takes them months and months to get in touch about any minor issue with a form/ information, totally shocking especially when these people are the ones that give you your grades and in essence your reputation!!

    Absolutely disgusting. I phoned to ask advice on a school matter and the lady who answered the phone was constantly talking over me and not listening she was rude arrogant not helpful at all. A monkey could fo a better job, dont waste your time,

    Stuck in the past - Inspectors are passing judgment on TLA when they themselves use nothing but a 'tick list' One lady inspector was recorded on the phone basically putting words in the learners mouth on several occasions - Shameful Behaviour.
