    I went there for nearly 4 years every 3 weeks. I missed one appointment due to a family crisis and then they insisted I always left a deposit which I did but I didn't feel valued as a loyal regular customer. I left because the service they gave me continued to get worse and they blamed me for getting the wrong day for my final appointment when I know I didn't!!! Customer service not great!!!

    Booked an appointment for today, i showed them a picture of the nails i wanted and got exactly the same. I absolutely love my nails and im really happy with them. They’re also very honest as there was a mixup with payment. Very happy with the service and my nails, thank you so much. Will always return to crown nails and i highly recommend.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude and impolite staff -refusing clients without no explanation only went there the once had no issues but then refused me an appointment said they don’t want me as a client but the day he did my nails everything was even tipped him! Said I affected his mental health??? How ??? The whole time he did my nails we didn’t even speak I just let him do my nails without any fussiness etc so how does one feel stressed? Absolutely shocking! Diamond across the road is much better more friendly and welcoming. My friends after hearing this too will be taking the custom elsewhere!

    Was ok, got straight in, don’t think the nail quality Is good, went with my mum and she had infills and was charged for infills and nail repair when it should’ve just been infills then said it would be £36 then it changed to £38 then back down to £36 not very professional then made her sit at the side while someone who was booked got in she’s been in an hour now and all they’ve done is filed down her nails wanted infilling! Won’t be back! I changed to plain nails as I didn’t want to be in the shop any longer. The lady that did my nails seemed very nice otherwise. I also overheard another lady who had a booking but they happened to over book so she left which I would’ve done the same thing in her situation.

    Not overly impressed with quality, finished nails are rough and Sharpe edges. Can feel where the top coat hasn't been brushed over the nail fully. Shame there isn't any designs to choose from only coloured nails. Felt very rushed to pick and didn't feel able to choose a selection of colours that go. Won't be returning.
