Such an amazing dance school, my daughter loves it! Shana and her team create such a positive environment for children to flourish in confidence and create amazing opportunities whilst in a kind and nurturing atmosphere. It’s my daughters second home.
My daughter has been dancing at SKSD now for 7years, she started at the age of 18months doing the mummy and me ballet classes, then soon started with street, 7 years later and she does almost every class available for her and loves every moment spent with her dance family, This year she has just started stepping out and doing solo singing competitions this has helped her confidence to grow so much. We are forever grateful for all the oppertunites SKSD provides and would reccomend to anybody wanting to join.
My daughter has been dancing for SKSD for a number of years now and I can not thank this dance school enough for what they bring to each and every student and the community. They really do have the best team in place in fulfilling every child’s dream, whether they want to take dance as a hobby or a career choice. My little girl was very shy when she started and the growth in her confidence is priceless. They have the best teaching team and the principal Shana really is a special person who focuses on all aspects of there growth including there mindset which is huge in the world we now live in.

The teachers are all highly skilled and ensure that they accommodate the needs of the whole group and offer individual support to help her reach her full potential. My daughter has had the opportunity to be part of the most fantastic shows, where the children showcase what they have learnt and it is truly amazing to see the talent that everyone has. She has also taken exams in ballet and tap where she has achieved brilliant results which is a reflection of how great the teachers are.
My daughter joined SKSD and since her involvement with the school she has gone from strength to strength, Shana recruits the best teachers in each genre who give sound and solid guidance on technique and stage presence. The school also encourages the children to be the best selves they possibly can and they provide teacher courses so the older children can progress and achieve their teacher status. If you’re looking for a school with a difference with high focus on positive mindset and achievement, I would highly recommend SKSD.
I used to come here when I was younger it was very positive however I think maybe the dance teacher had a favrouite at the time ! Overall was a good experience:)
My son has been with SKSD for over 4 years and from day 1 has been nurtured and encouraged to smash his goals and reach his potential. I don't know many dance schools who have a place for boys but we've always felt at home with SKSD. All the teachers are amazing, dedicated and highly skilled at what they do. The whole feel of the place is one of family and belonging. 100% recommended.
SKSD Is such a Warm and welcoming school that nurtures each and every student to achieve their full potential. They focus a lot on positivity and mindset and it truly does help each student excel to the next level. with such amazing training and staff i could not recommend SKSD more !
