   I was helped by Kieran Thompson and honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I bought some skirting boards that were a bit too long for my Audi A3, but Kieran took the time to make sure they were loaded in a way that was safe for me to drive. He also offered same-day delivery just in case, even though I didn’t need it, the offer alone showed how willing he was to go the extra mile. Really appreciated the help - top-notch service.

   Feel ripped off. Been using laverers for 20+ years and today is my last time ever. 1x piece of hard wood 25mm thick x180mm wide x 2.4mt long cost me just under £70 I could get the same stuff 50% cheaper on line

   They have a huge selection, the only problem is, you can't see it. Unlike lumber yards in Canada, where you can select your lumber personally, this option is not available here. The staff are helpful and friendly, just wish purchasing was more user friendly, but safety is obviously the reason they don't let clients in the yard, so why they don't have a catalogue or inventory customers can use to explore their options is a mystery to me.

   Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Kitchen installed just over 5 years ago; doors & panels delaminated after 2 1/2 years and was eventually replaced a year later after much hassling. After 2 more years it's happening again & Lavers are refusing to even respond to our letters. Avoid at all costs.

   Fantastic service- fantastic Kitchen!! I visited Neil in the sales office in Dec 2016 just before Christmas. I found Neil extremely helpful and honest during the initial design process. He was not your typical 'pushy salesman' which I liked. A quote and 3D plans were provided shortly after, which again I was very pleasantly surprised with (well within my budget without compromising on what I wanted) My kitchen was delivered in Feb- and again I found the 3 delivery staff to be fantastic, they were friendly, and very careful with the items as they brought it into the house, showing extra care with the large real wood worktop. During fitting there were a couple of very minor glitches- but Neil was always just a phone call away, and had things rectified pretty fast. If you want shiny glitzy showrooms and cheesy salesmen- this is not the place for you. But if you want good quality products with honest service- then I definitely recommend Arnold Laver Bradford.
