We went for my friends dad's 80th n was nice to be in a traditional locals pub. Great atmosphere and staff were lovely and accommodating

A really good mix of people drinking and having some banter, very good bar staff, good beers ,wines and spirits, pizzas are pretty good and reasonably priced, always have a drink end of week here.
Nice sports pub within walking distance of the residential area, and from the Bache station. Also has a decent amount of parking.
We went to this pub for a couple of hours. My husband wanted to watch rugby, it was his first outing from hospital in his wheelchair. The bar staff was so kind and put it on the screens for us. It made his day.Such lovely service. Modern, clean pub with plenty of screens for sport with a nice sun terrace. Thankyou

Visited on Saturday 12th November. Recommended to us by the guys that run Hover Force down the road. Overall the experience was good, a nice venue with what you can expect from a pub. As we were part of a stag do we had some drinks and some food. Everyone seemed to enjoy everything apart from the chicken strips/tenders which we must of ordered about 45/60 of.. Lots of these were overcooked and had resemblances to pork crackling. Apart from that, all was good and would recommend the pub & food to anyone passing
Beautiful pub in the Newton area of Chester, staff are attentive and friendly, prices are a little high for Chester, however, ita definitely worth it for ales on tap! Definitely visiting again!.
The Halloween party went down a storm with the kids, they loved it!
Very nice place. Service was great. Nice outdoor patio and the pub is self was immaculate. Hope to return someday.
