   We couldn’t be happier with this nursery and the care our son receives. He started at just 11 months old, and sending him to nursery was something we were very anxious about. At first, he struggled and wouldn’t eat anything during the day, which was really worrying for us. The staff were incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive, and thanks to them he has settled in beautifully. He now eats all of his food and even occasionally asks for more, which has been such a relief for us as parents. Knowing he feels safe, comfortable, and happy there means everything to us. A massive shout out in particular to Sam, Zoe, and Amy — they have been absolutely amazing and have truly gone above and beyond to support our son and put us at ease. The nursery also has an app which gives us live updates throughout the day, including naps, nappy changes, food eaten, and daily photos of the activities he takes part in. This has been so reassuring and makes us feel really connected to his day. We were recommended this nursery by other parents, and we will absolutely be recommending it to others too.

   Brilliant nursery with fantastic hard working staff. Everyone is so friendly to the parents and all children. All staff know each child whether they’re in their room or not. My son enjoys going to this nursery a lot.

   Worst decision I ever made for my son was sending him to this nursery. It’s only now, after moving him to a much better nursery, that I truly realise how bad this one was. I honestly wish I had spoken up and reported them sooner. My 3-year-old used to attend here — at first, things seemed okay. But over time, especially after the management changed, the decline was obvious. You could really see how the new leadership affected the whole place. My son would come home with injuries on many occasions — including permanent scars on his face (which were always blamed on another child), yet nothing ever changed. He even came home once with a bleeding scab on his scalp, and the nursery had no idea it had even happened. Incident forms were sometimes filled out, but strangely, they had no date or time listed. What upset me the most was when one of the staff shouted at and embarrassed my child in front of the whole class during a minor toddler squabble with another child. She then nudged/pushed him while yelling “Sit down now!” — I witnessed this myself through the window. As soon as she noticed me, she ran out to try and justify her actions. I reported the incident straight away, but there were no proper meetings, no consequences, and she was back working with the kids just 2-3 days later as if nothing happened. I really don’t know what has happened to this nursery. A few years ago, when my eldest son attended, it was a completely different place under the previous manager (Lisa). Since then, it’s become an absolute mess. If you are understaffed and can’t cope, please stop enrolling more children. I have attached images of the scratches and what they look like now a year later. Plus the unknown scab on his head.

   My little girl has been going to Kids Planet since she was 6 months old. She absolutely loves it! The team are amazing, always so friendly and can tell they really do care and love all the babies. Sam the team leader in the baby room is great, along with the rest of her team. My little girl is always eating a range of different dishes off their al la cart children’s menu. Feel so at ease leaving my little one there.

   Hands down the best nursery. My little girl attended here for just over a year and honestly, every single staff member goes above and beyond for every child. I received lots of updates, and the food provided was always really well balanced. I really felt that they had my daughter’s best interests at heart, and every activity is fully centred around child’s development. Definitely the best in Trafford!

   My little girl loves coming to nursery, she enjoys playing and learning alongside her friends and has the best relationship with all the staff,everybody is so friendly and always got a smile on there face. They provide great quality of care and its such a fun-loving place for her to come. I know each day she is well looked after. I would 100% recommend sending your little one to KIDS ALLOWED.

   Shocking! From the time of my tour pressured to sign up, sign up today and pay no registration fee, hardly any children at the nursery. No wonder:) From the time of enrolment nothing but issues. Firstly took double the amount from bank account and their reasoning were that the invoice had already been raised. Initially told no refund would be given due to policy. Challenged their head office, to be told a refund will be issued as a good will gesture. Unprofessional management lying to their head office that they were informed parent requested their child be withdrawn. Just because centre manager didn’t want to deal with a formal complaint. Total waste of money! Sent Jennie the owner an email asking to raise a formal complaint, let’s see how long this takes...no formal complaint process?? Incredibly disappointing as nursery staff are actually extremely helpful and nice. Shame about management!
