   Excellent service from Powertoolsgb. Friendly updates the best price around on the cordless 60cm Milwaukee hedge trimmer. Also brilliant service on the delivery which came the same day as another item ordered elsewhere two days earlier! Wasn't sure about DX courier as I hadn't heard of them. But parcel arrived well before allotted time slot and in perfect condition. Five star service all round.

   Come to this shop today with intentions of spending a lot of money. First impression of the shop was great, explained to the first member of staff that I was looking to buy a Milwaukee pack out and would need all the tools and batteries to go with it. After a look around along came another member of staff what seemed to be the manager. I was explained to him what I needed and gave him a list. He seemed to not be interested in serving a customer and come across rude and arrogant when asking for advice on certain products. Rushed through a list with prices on it and said prices change everyday and will be increased the following day. Ill be spending my money elsewhere

   He's a miserable old goat, almost threw me out of the shop when I told him his competitors were £22 cheaper, but they have a good stock of Milwaukee tools, I also like to shop local too. The young counter assistant is quite knowledgeable and helpful, I've bought lots from here and will most definitely be back soon.

   Very bad customer service from their senior staff member with short hair, specs, and 1 of the longest serving members of staff, so I've been told. He is a very argumentative and rude person! He will smirk and shake his head if an issue is raised regarding there products. I spent jist under £500 that day and had few issues I wanted advice on. This guy clearly didn't care less nor about company rep, which is quite sad. This is how alot of companies fail through bad staff and managers not taking complaints seriously. As a result of this I will not be using Powertools GB again. The person needs to be taken off working the shop floor to prevent upsetting and losing further customers.

   Absolutely poor customer service rang this company on several occasions about stock of Milwaukee staples, once they were In stock I asked them to put my name on the boxes and I would drive over to collect them. I drove 25 miles to collect the staples only to be told they had sold the ones I had asked them to put to the side for me I will never use this company again. Really disappointed

   They send returned items that have been opened with factory seal ripped cut out again and put elastic bands around the packets ..Wont be buying in the future...

   I purchased a Ware cycling kit. One of the part arrive broken so I have email some pictures to report faulty good. I was shocked when a rely came back from Powertoolsgb saying this, "Wera will not have packed it with half a bit in". That applies that I am not telling the truth, when I said that it came like that. Very, very disappointed!
