   Don’t waste your time coming here never has the stock never has time to count out an order always negative and don’t seem interested local screw fix has more stock might be a bit more money but it won’t be a wasted journey every time

   -10 stars actually but I can’t choose that! Horrible man and no service provided at all. Went in to replace a small amount of screws, nuts and washers. Response was “No. Can’t do that.” I just looked at him dumbfounded. Continued to say “I’m busy. It will take me too long, about an hour and I will have to charge you £40-£50. I bet you don’t want to pay that do you”. No I don’t for 24 screws, nuts and washers. I then asked if there was anywhere else where I could get them. Response was “No”. Just don’t think he could be bothered. Well, I won’t be bothered to go back ever again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.
