   Terrible customer service, waiting on the phone for ages! Still waiting for them to send through qualification that was completed 7 months ago so can begin swim teaching!!

   Really bad. Had conflicting emails from them. One e mail said they had a certain day and time for my son's swimming lessons and I responded to say it was ok. Then I had an email to say that unfortunately that date wasn't available. Then after I responded again to that email I have another email to say it was available.... Erm. Ok. I cancelled it because it was nothing but trouble. But they wouldn't refund me the month I'd paid for but hadn't been able to attend due to noone telling me what time and date my son was booked in for!!!!

   Complete waste of time customer service. cancelled our first ever lesson which i still haven't received a refund for, even when I keep chasing it up a month later. But can continue to take your money. Don't waste your time going!
