   Both our daughter and son have attended Brown Bear nursery and we have only positive things to say! The staff are kind, caring, professional, and always happy! The team communicate with us and send updates regularly. They are clearly very skilled in their roles and have helped both our children gain confidence in communicating and in building friendships. We feel at ease knowing our children are being cared for by this wonderful team!

   We’ve had a wonderful experience at Brown Bear! The relationships staff foster with the children are outstanding. They are warm, caring, and genuinely know our son inside-out.    Both my children attend Brown Bears nursery and pre school. They absolutely love it! The staff are fantastic in every way. The fact they are a small nursery and focus on play led learning really suits my children and fills me with confidence and reassurance that they are getting the best quality of care. I love that my boys cheer as we drive down store street towards the nursery. At drop off and pick up I am always welcomed with a smile and a full summary of what they have been up to in the day. I couldn't be happier with the service and care Brown Bears have provided for my boys. Thank you Brown Bears.

   Brown Bear is really special and one in a million! Our children have been part of the Brown Bear family since 2016. And it really feels like a family - all the children of all ages eat together round the table, there is opportunity for different ages to interact and play and the staff and management are caring, loving and kind. Management have been understanding and flexible when we have been a bit stuck and needed ad hoc additional days childcare too. Brown Bears communication and photo sharing is brilliant and we are always met by my son's keyworker who takes him in. The new outdoor facilities they've recently invested in are fantastic and I love knowing my son is outside getting fresh air, getting a bit mucky and having a great time learning with his big and little pals! I love the relations that Brown Bear have formed with our friends at the senior living apartments - seeing my son sitting with his friend, Roy, age 90, stories and singing is something really special and to be cherished. We also love the care that chef Katy takes over the menu and meal preparation. Brown Bear serve home cooked meals and snacks which encourage the children to try new tastes and textures. It just feels amazingly different to any other childcare setting we have experienced and we will miss you when Austin starts school.

   Finding the right nursery for your little one is tricky, we had numerous problems with nurseries when my daughter was small and even removed her immediately from one she was attending due to some issues we found there. So when the time came to find a nursery to care for our son, I made sure we would all be happy and content with the choice. I can honestly say, Brown Bears Nursery in Great Moor was the best decision ever. The staff are wonderful. Our son always comes home full of smiles and stories. He has made fantastic friends with all the children and the staff and will miss them all dearly when he goes to Reception. Make the right decision, Brown Bears is a winner!
