   While there were positive aspects to the nursery and most staff were warm and caring, we experienced ongoing difficulties with the approach of one particular practitioner toward our child. Feedback from this individual was consistently negative and did not reflect an age-appropriate understanding of toddler behaviour. Over time, this pattern became increasingly concerning for us and significantly affected our confidence in the care our child was receiving. After a mealtime incident, we were informed by another member of staff that they had shouted at our child. What caused greater concern was that the staff member directly involved openly chose not speak to us at all that day (for reasons unknown), and communication was left to another practitioner. As a parent, this felt inappropriate and unprofessional. In the weeks following this, our child exhibited ongoing signs of distress that were out of character for her.    don't think I ever step foot back in that building with how badly I was treated I don't even want my son going here any more especially in the over 2s room never should of done that outside the door with me in front of other parents and for use to get it wrong and not listening to the information in the morning time am shocked and disgusted what a horrible woman I had to deal with and to think my son going in that room

   My daughter started here in September and she absolutely loves going the staff are fantastic they let you know how many times they change there nappy what they have had to eat and how long they have been asleep I would definitely recommend it xx

   My daughter joined the nursery 4 days a week over extended hours just before she turned 1. As a new parent I was really nervous about this but was immediately put at ease by the staff. My daughter started with a few settling in mornings and then began nursery the following week. Over the course of the 7 weeks I have seen my daughters progress updated on the ‘Famly’ app. This will tell you exactly what she has eaten and drank and how much, nappy changes and her sleep. The app is also updated with key information for the nursery along with pictures and progress of your child. I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough, when my daughter leaves for nursery in the mornings she happy to go and she comes home with a beaming smile and I can tell she’s had lots of fun. The staff at the nursery will go above and beyond to ensure not only your child is settled within the nursery but also check you are ok and send pictures and updates throughout those first few days.

   This is a great nursery, as my son absolutely loves coming here and is progressing more and more each day, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Julie and Danielle are amazing and always happy to help and they always make the time to help with your enquiries and if they can't, they will always find a way to help. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

   This is an amazing nursery, my little girl has been here since April 22 and has just come on so much in a short time with just only 2 days. The staff are incredible! They care for the little ones just like they are there own! They keep you updated with progress and like to find out what is as parents want them to work on, and give advice for what we can do at home. And Julie is so approachable and helps with any issues where she can. Really accommodating and friendly! We are very grateful to everyone here and Amelia just loves it which says it all. She doesn’t even look back at us at drop offs!
