   My daughter has been at Lilys since baby room and soon to be leaving for big school. The rooms are well resourced and activities are well thought out and tailored to meet the needs of the child. I have never had any safeguarding concerns. Special mentions to kerry, Sarah and rachel who are wonderful preschool leaders as well as all the other amazing staff my daughter loves dearly. Detailed handovers are especially helpful as well as the app where videos photos and information is shared daily.

   We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lily’s! Thanks to the dedication and warmth of the staff in the Baby and Tweenies room, our child has settled in beautifully. Every morning, she is happy and excited to go in, which means the world to us as parents. The staff are always welcoming, greeting us with a smile both at drop-off and after a long day of caring for our little ones. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that our child is in such a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. The detailed handovers at pick-up are so valuable, keeping us informed and involved in her daily experiences. We especially appreciate the addition of the Tweenies room, which has made the transition from the Baby room to the Toddler room so much smoother for my child. A huge thank you to Sarah and Emelia for creating such a caring and supportive space—your kindness and dedication truly make all the difference!

   Both of my children attend Lily’s Little Gems. I cannot begin to explain how fantastic they have been (and continue to be) with both of my children. Staff are supportive, knowledgeable, understanding and have the children’s best interests at heart. My children have been blessed with amazing Key Workers in Baby Room and Toddler Room. They are happy to go in to nursery and that says enough that this really is a fantastic place. Thanks for everything that you do xxx

   Amazing Nursery. Our daughter goes there full-time since Jan 2021. She absolutely loves it, to the point that she asks to go in on weekends too! They do a lot of creative activities, they spend as much time as they can outside, they go to parks. The girls working there are lovely and warm, you can tell that they are there for the kiddies. Definitely recommend it.

   What can I say! An amazing nursery! My little boy didn’t have any form of communication skills before starting Lilly’s, he lacked social skills, it was upsetting as a parent to see, he was being referred to Speech and Language. Since being here the staff have been amazing with my son, he has grown and developed in all areas, he is a happy, talkative little boy! I’m amazed at his process in such a short amount of time! I can’t thank all of the staff enough for their hard work! My daughter also has come on loads and ready for Primary school in September! Honestly put 110% into all they do! Amazing nursery!

   My little boy has been attending Lily’s since he was 18 months old - when it first opened. On our first visit we just loved the setting and atmosphere at Lily’s and our Son settled right in, it was like he’d been there before. We’ve never looked back with choosing Lily’s. It’s such a big step leaving your child at nursery and an even bigger step as our little boy was a year post surgery but we couldn’t have been more reassured or of picked anywhere better. Every single member of the team are so caring and kind, we have regular updates throughout the day and photos of daily activity’s which is something different everyday even for the babies! We couldn’t thank Lily’s enough, such an amazing nursery!

   Firstly, there can not be enough stars to rate Lily's Little Gems. We looked around this nursery back in August 2019 when my daughter was only 1 month old and even then we put her name down straight away for her to start May 2020. There was next to no furniture in and we only met with 2 of the staff: the nursery manager and the business manager. Both members of staff blew us away. They were so professional, caring and gave off such a lovely vibe which made us feel so at ease about the thought of them caring for our daughter. In May when she started, obviously Covid had hit and so we were unable to actually go into the nursery with our daughter on her first day and we hadn't met any of the other staff. But on this day, staff introduced themselves to us, gave us updates all day of how she was doing, when she was having her nappy changed, when she was sleeping, sent us pictures and we can honestly say that we knew this was the right place for our daughter as soon as we got back in the car. Each and every single member of staff knows our daughter so well and we really do feel like she is cared for as their own, like a family. Our daughter has been going here 5 months now and started at just 10 months old. To this day, she has never gone into nursery or come out of nursery crying, in fact she cries on the way home after leaving nursery! But I wouldn't have it any other way. She obviously feels so happy about being there and that's all myself and her Dad could ask for. We get 'next steps' to work on with her for her emotional, social, physical and intellectual development and can see just how much nursery is helping her to progress and learn as she grows. We drop her off each morning knowing that she is going to be looked after just as well as we look after her ourselves - if not better with the regular snacks she eats! Haha! We can not thank the staff at Lily's Little Gems enough for all that they do for our daughter. It is an absolutely amazing nursery with happy children inside which is all any parent could wish to see. The children get healthy lunches, morning snacks, afternoon snacks and the opportunity to play outdoors every single day - sometimes even venturing out to the local park! I could go on and on...Lily's nursery is amazing. Thank you to each and every staff member as we say every day. Thank you for being a wonderful part of our family and having the positive impact on our daughter that you do! xx

   I highly recommend Lily's little gems nursery . My son went to the nursery for his last year of pre school .. now currently in reception and he's doing amazing and I believe that's all down to Lily's . My little girl has now started and her progress in just a short amount of time is amazing to watch !! The staff always go above and beyond and it feels more than a family than a nursery . Your amazing keep doing what you doing , I can't recommend the nursery enough x
