I love the Deaf Institute to go and see small gigs, the rooms are small and can fit a few hundred people in both th upstairs and more in the basement room plus the sound is great in both rooms and its not too pricey either. Plus most of the time you get to meet and greet the band afterwards. I can't rate the food as I have never ate there. I would definitely go again.

A lovely, small venue for gigs. Great sound and a good view from all areas of the room, including a tiered section at the back of the room and a small balcony to the side. They have a nice selection of drinks too.
