Stayed in an apartment 2 minutes walk away while working away from home. Made to feel very welcome. Great atmosphere. If staying in the area again we will definitely call in again !
Good micro pub selling real ales, spirits and some wine. Seating is all comfy and stylish. A nice touch in the ladies' was the range of toiletries for use. Recommended

Well worth a visit. A really friendly community, micro-pub. Good choice of cask & craft beers. Toilets were spotless too - good sign of an establishment that prides itself. Will definitely be back when next in Crosby.
One of the best bars in our recent 8-venue micropub crawl from Moorfields to Southport. Excellent range of well-kept ales, friendly service and a great atmosphere. Just a few hundred metres from Blundellsands station. Highly recommended.

Dog friendly, great beers and in walking distance from home so no worries about driving. Small friendly and very welcoming.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The owner however seems very suspicious of new customers. Would have been put off by him normally. The interaction with other customers belayed my feelings of being unwanted by their friendly demeanour.
