I went to the bear today to try the new chefs Sunday lunch. spot on even my kids polished it off which is impressive because they are fussy eaters. Kim was great in the front of house. Thanks for a lovely meal
We popped in here spontaneously. The food and service were amazing. Unfortunately we live in Bradford as this could have been our new place to eat. Kids food was perfect and the Sunday dinner was excellent. Macy looked after us and couldn’t have done more for us. Very impressed with the visit
Visited whilst holidaying locally. We sat outside on a sunny day with our dogs. The food was reasonably priced and tasty.

Delicious pub grub! Appropriate portion size. I had a proper pie with shortcrust pastry and the hubby had a homemade chilli with half rice half chips. Kids meal, can’t really beat a nugget. Hot and cold drinks. Complimented by a pudding to match any sweet tooth.
Visited yesterday, had the pie! What an awesome meal..just proper food cooked with passion and served with pride. Great hosts too. We will definitely eat here again...and again...

Nice place staff are very efficient food is very good however for the price the portions bit stingy with the meat and so on compared to going to a carvery for same price. Good choice of meats. Did find that the table I was seated at was very sticky needed to be cleaned properly .
Took mum for Sunday dinner today. The service was warm and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic. Portion sizes were very generous. And the bill was good value too. Thanks for a lovely dining experience.
