   I massively underestimated this training! I had no idea of the transformational journey I would go on throughout the course. Each session would leave you hungry for more and loving Mondays waiting for the next session. The coaching pods are an invaluable tool to help you become better at coaching plus enabling you to be coached throughout the journey too. I went into this course wanting to focus on business coaching and grow my mentoring businesses but I'm also now exploring life coaching a lot more. Now I have completed the course and have received my certification I'm replying some of the lessons and learning even more again while also having a deeper understanding. It's a truly transformative course!

   Doing my coaching certification with Illumina has been probably one of the best decisions I have made in my life. The journey has been nothing short of transformational.    The Illumina Coaching programme has been absolutely transformational both in my own self development journey and also in my coaching development. Prior to starting the programme I had completed a coaching programme with another organisation and was feeling that I had gaps in my knowledge and subsequently also my confidence. Illumina has delivered all of that and then some. The modules have enabled me to build on the foundations of my coaching practice and also explore some much deeper approaches, the learning from which is already impacting on my ability to co-create transformation with my clients. The levels of support, expertise and overall content is exceptional, and I feel immensely grateful for the opportunity of being part of the programme. My experience over the last 9 months goes far beyond just learning how to coach, from the beautiful supportive relationships that were created within the community, the sharing of everyone's journey's and the sharing of knowledge to the time spent in the company of two incredibly inspirational, remarkable women who have a genuine desire for you to succeed and flourish in your coaching career. Suzie and Victoria have a tremendous amount of experience to share and I have learned so much from them on how to elevate my coaching skills and set up my coaching practice.
