    Best pub on the wirral, fantastic staff, great beer which is well kept, affordable too considering some beers are very exotic, friendly and accomodating, manager is the best barman ive ever come across, home away from home for me since i walked in.

    What can I say, first shout out to Mike your blooming spectacular mate super friendly with a decent music taste. Second god i love the place, even though they sell an ungodly amount of pale ales they still find room for decent beers like sours, gose and stouts (yes it's personal taste and preference, your allowed to be wrong I'll allow it). Budwiser on tap the Czech stuff not the American bile. The food is also spectacular at least 6 flavours of crisps to choose from. Come on down and give the place a try or don't your choice, if you don't it's less busy for me.

    This pub is a truly wonderful place. Dog friendly, and kind locals who who will go out of their way to help you. I strongly recommend their chocolate and vanilla flavoured stout. Now, I have never been a stout drinker, but I just thought I'd give it a try. My girlfriend and I loved it! The barman was laid back and his friends where full of peace and joy. It's a small pub, but you have to go there - like, now, stop what you're doing and go there right now. Unless it's closed. Then, best not. Jokes aside, if you fancy a pint, visit this place. You won't regret it. Especially if you have a dog or love dogs, then you'll have the time of your life.

    At the end of a nice Wirral north coast walk a beer was our deserved reward. We looked at the bars on offer, The Beagle had a good rating. We were not disappointed. Cool bar, warm welcome, nice customers. We will be back.

    Called in here last night. Packed out, and overflowing onto street seating. Had some great beers, met some lovely people including the owner Mark. A really positive feeling about the place, and a great choice of beers at sensible prices. The staff were even kind enough to recommend another craft ale pub in Hoylake, for which many thanks. I have already recommended the place, and indeed New Brighton, to close friends.
