Was sat in the smoking hut with my friends for about 5mins and was gonna leave then some lad came out and asked use to leave nicely, we agreed to leave and after we agreed to leave he started shouting at us telling us to leave right now and that he's not my mum and was very confused? we was just playing a game called pokemon go and was doing something on the game at that location, it was raining so we sat in the shelter part becuase nobody was sat in there we would of left if a customer came out to use it. we moved out to the street after he shouted at us to leave and went onto public property and he was shouting at us saying "I swear to god get away from from pub" iv been going to this pub since I was little with my grandad and its just put me off going to the pub in the future was some young lad with a black shirt on thinking he was the boss very pour social skills

First time visiting and will be back again for sure. Made to feel extremely welcome, showed us where to take our bikes if the weather is a bit rubbish (it's within walking distance, bikes won't be used then ha ha). Landlady and her son both very welcoming. Will be back soon!

Proper friendly little pub with a great atmosphere. Only popped in for a quick pint - Staropramen for £3.50 - and found a dog-friendly place (with biscuits),ba good range of draughts, and a nice mix of folks all happy to chat to an oddball like me. The staff and regulars were all friendly, and went above and beyond to let me know anyone is welcome - live music on Fridays, open mics on Mondays, and probably looks like the kind of place with (or aching for) a regular quiz and karaoke. With houses opposite and nearby, this isn't the kind of place that you'll find folks half-soaked, falling out the door, and it was filling up slowly with a few different crowds by 7pm on a Friday. It's definitely a good little local.

Was a very busy sunny day. Plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoyed a pint. Took a while to get served, however it was acceptable as it was busy.. The beer garden was very 'lively'

Great little pub, family friendly, even has a watering hole for your dog. Beer garden actually has plants growing around the outside seating area. Has plenty of entertainment evenings - quiz on wednesday; open mike night on monday
