   Went to a wedding here and they poorly stocked up for the non alcoholics and children we had to go out and buy juice for them. Small function room about 12 tables.

   Had a party here on Saturday 15/04 for my mum's 70th. They did a lovely hot/cold buffet that everyone enjoyed, and decorated the room beautifully. All reasonably priced too. Thank you so much, it was perfect and mum had a lovely time!

   Got 2 dirty glasses with our wine. The girl changed them for 2 completely soaking glass. So I suppose they were rinsed under the tap and staff were vaping behind the bar .

   Was there for a party. It is a nice space, big enough to fit maybe 100 people. There is an area for food . But the toilets rewend my new shoes because they had leaked. The staff just told us to go up stairs. Didn't prepare them while we were there as well as no locks on the toilets.....

   At relatively short notice my Diva daughter decided she wanted an 18th birthday party... 1 week before Christmas!!! My family and I have always opted for this venue as it's such a convenient location, and we've always had a great time.. luckily for us it's one of the few venues who actually allow 18th birthday parties From the moment we managed to secure the room, we had fabulous communication with the managers. We arranged our own venue dressing, sweet cart, food etc, and they enabled us to access the room as and when we needed. During the evening we had large amounts of young people attend the party, including family and friends. There was one particular issue, and the manager was very discreet at drawing my attention to it.. it was dealt with and the party continued without a hitch.. All the guests had a fab time, and my daughter enjoyed a wonderful celebration... Thankyou very much, and we look forward to the next one x

   At his 18th party my son and his friends were unfairly accused of showing no respect. This could not have been further from the truth. A few young people brought alcohol in which was confiscated with no fuss at all. As parents we spoke to each young person and told them to not drink underage or to drink their own drink. All were polite and responded with total respect. Food got trod into the carpet in the room where the food was. The flimsy paper plates made it pretty difficult to keep food on the plate. My own sausage roll made its way too quickly to the floor at the very beginning of the night, so no surprise really that a couple of hours later, there was food on the floor. My offer to hoover the floor myself was not taken up. Instead staff were intent on sticking to the position that my son and his friends were disrespectful. It makes me so sad that young people are treated in this way. No wonder many feel disappointed in adults. These lovely young people have been so unfairly misrepresented. £600 spent was a waste to me because of the way they treated my son and his lovely friends. Rip off and ruined a very special occasion for us. Don't trust them with your event or your special times.
