   Spacious place for students and other people (no one asked if I was a student, but I am a postgrad alumni). Well priced food outlets and microwaves for students to heat their own food, it felt safe and warm & dry (big surprise, a wet Manchester day!)

   Great venue for meetings and seminars. During graduation ceremonies, this place is heaving with people but still not super hot. They should have put water dispenser at the G floor as well especially during this hot weather.

   In Manchester for a tour of Manchester University, nice & sunny, but very quiet with not a lot going on,presumably because a) it's a Saturday & b) COVID-19 is still resulting in people staying at home.

   REALLY DON'T like the horribble customer service of the gift shop inside University Place. Basically there are two staff (or sales anyway), a boy and a woman inside. The boy is great but the woman absolutely NOT. That is the worst attitude I'v ever seen. She really needs to understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
