   The past few times I've been here I have been charged more than the display price. They seem to add a quid on at the till when I come to pay. I think I will go elsewhere from now on.

   Excellent range if wines, beers etc. Returning parcels is easy. One of the men very kind and helpful when I had an issue on a return. However, opening times on website don't correspond with actual times they open.

   Really poor customer service, and bad ownership. Told us over the phone they had stock of kegs and when we turned up they didn't and we wasted time and money to get here

   I love this store and drive past many off licenses and superstores from my house in Sutton to liquor mart. Why do i make that 20 minute journey? Simple 1.outstanding variety, 2. Extremely well priced. Above all though the main reason is i am always made to feel so welcome by everyone that works there by polite and friendly staff that go the extra mile to make you want to return. Thank you.

   Great shop with so much variety. Had asked if they sold Whispering Angel and at the time they didn't but offered to find some from me and now they are my local stockist at such a reasonable price. The staff are great too and are always willing to help - they even carry stuff out to your car for you!
