   If you want you car actually repaired and not damaged further I would suggest you do no go to this Halfords. I attended after them being recommended for the excellent service and as a reputable brand I didn't thing anything could go wrong. Boy was I mistaken, a young lad named Josh came to fit a replacement bulb to my break light, and instead he snapped two of the plastic clips, resulting in me requiring my car to be fixed further. I am now awaiting for the entire fixture to be replaced by them... let's hope they don't cock that up as well. Stear well clear.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Halfords in Widnes. I went in to pick up everything I needed for an oil and filters change on two cars, and the staff were brilliant in helping me find exactly the right products. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I had everything sorted before leaving. The whole process was quick and easy, and I left feeling well looked after. Definitely recommend this store for anyone needing car parts or advice – I’ll be back again!

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and ask the correct questions to ensure you get just what you need. The young guy (didn’t catch his name) was outstanding and incredibly helpful.    If I could give 0 then I would. I went to buy a replacement door mirror to be told by Chris that there was not one in stock and I would have to do a 16 mile round trip in heavy Christmas traffic to get one. I checked on line before departing to reserve one when the website said that Widnes did in fact have the part. After returning to the shop I looked in the stock not on the shelf and found what I needed. Then rejoined the large queue. At this point Chris abandoned the queue leaving only one colleague to deal with unhappy people who all then had to wait longer. So than ks again Chris for your non customer service.

   Ordered a battery online and delivered to store. Dan, the young lad who fitted the battery for me had never fitted one under passenger seat on a Porsche Cayenne before. He looked at a YouTube video and within half an hour the battery was on. Top marks Dan thank you very much. Great service.

   I had the pleasure of meeting Matt yesterday who fitted a new car battery to my c3 car. He was totally professional and polite. The weather was terrible, cold and very windy. There were no moans and he just got on with the job in hand. He is a credit to your company. Also the young lady on the desk who was also so helpful. Bob.

   Amazing service, really helpful. The store changed my sons inner tube and also realigned the gears, and checked the brakes. All within an hour and less than £15. I will be going back for new bikes for my kids when they need one after this experience…
